Minimum of twenty-four (24) months of demonstrated experience providing services in a technical field within the last five (5) years.
The proposed candidates shall possess a minimum of twelve (12) months demonstrated experience in the past five (5) years in the area of equipment fielding, and technical support of Land Command Support System (LCSS) including Tactical Communications systems, Tactical Information systems and Situational Awareness Systems;
The proposed candidates shall have a detailed knowledge of the IRIS Land Command system as evidenced by a minimum of one (1) of the following:
i. a minimum of twelve (12) months demonstrated technical support experience of Canadian Army Land Command System;
ii. a minimum of twelve (12) months demonstrated technical support experience of a Digital Mobile communication system that includes and integrates GPS systems, Information systems and both Voice and Data transmission.
The proposed candidates shall have detailed knowledge of technical aspects of mobile tactical networks as evidenced by a minimum of twelve (12) months demonstrated experience with either Army or Canadian Forces Tactical Land Command systems within the last five (5) years.
The proposed candidates shall have detailed knowledge and experience in evaluating technical requirements with respect to Command and Control Information Systems in general, as evidenced by a minimum of twelve (12) months demonstrated experience within the last five (5) years, evaluating technical requirements for information systems involving the employment of military and/or commercial communications systems.
