Working knowledge of evaluation, preparation and implementation of technical documentation;

Working knowledge of the preparation and distribution of Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) documentation;

Working knowledge of any DND environment Engineering and Maintenance Management System; and

Working knowledge of maintenance system interfaces with the Canadian Forces Supply System (CFSS) to support provisioning/ re-provisioning functions.

An integral knowledge of electrical, electronic and mechanical theory, practices and techniques applicable to the tactical vehicles, Land electronic equipment or Land Tactical Communication equipment used in the Land Forces as evidenced by a minimum of thirty-six (36) months of demonstrated experience, within the last ten (10) years, in DND Life-Cycle Support activities;

Proven knowledge and experience in Project Management, Equipment Program Management or Life Cycle Materiel Management with respect to Land Tactical Systems in general as evidenced by a minimum of thirty-six (36) months of demonstrated experience, within the last ten (10) years, in DND Life-Cycle Support activities in support of Land Tactical Systems; and

Civilian Trained Personnel:

graduation from a two (2) year technical program offered by a recognized technical institute;

-OR-

eligibility for registration as a technician by a recognized provincial licensing body;

- AND -

Minimum of thirty-six (36) months of demonstrated practical hands-on experience in a maintenance management related activity;
