Posses a minimum of two (2) years experience as a Lineman Technician which must include climbing a minimum 40 foot AND climbing a minimum 100 foot high support structure

And

Must be provincially licensed, in the province in which the work will be carried out, to operate a motor vehicle up to and including 5 tons

And

Must be a certified Boom Truck Operator in the province of work

And

Must have successfully completed the Pole Top Rescue Training

And

Must have successfully completed the Confined Space Safety and Rescue training

And

Posses a minimum of two (2) years experience in preparing a statement of requirements (SOR) identifying the construction engineering work to be completed for internal wiring projects

And

Posses a minimum of two (2) years experience in conducting schedules preventive maintenance on all telecommunication rooms (TRs) and main telecommunication rooms (MTRs) to include inside cable, equipment racks/trays, metallic bonding and grounding, labeling, fire stopping and cable records
