Private Branch Exchange (PBX) Technologist

MANDATORY QUALIFICATIONS:

Posses a minimum of two (2) years experience with Nortel PBX Switches and Voice Mail

And

Posses a minimum of two (2) years experience adding, moving, and changing end user telephone sets

And

Posses a minimum of two (2) years experience programming user features on Nortel PBX’s ranging from Opt 11 to Opt 81

And

Posses a minimum of two (2) years experience troubleshooting on the PBX’s network and user reported problems AND performing routine maintenance on PBX’s, to include weekly back-ups

And

Posses a minimum of two (2) years experience in maintaining cable records

And

Posses a minimum of two (2) years experience in performing Moves, Adds and Changes (MACs) on the Call Pilot Voice Mail system to include password resets
