LAN/Desktop Support Administrator

RESPONSIBILITIES: |
Technology Implementation
·1 Installs and configures workstations, and network peripherals such as printers, scanners, PDAs etc. for TC clients
·2 Installs and configures operating systems, application software, and various software automation tools and utilities on workstations
·3 Performs hardware life-cycle management under the guidance of the LAN Manager
·4 Develops and maintains technical documentation
Technology Support
·1 Provides level 1 and 2 problem support to TC clients
·2 Provides LAN administration and maintenance such as populating Group Policy Objects (GPOs) and the addition/deletion of user and Email accounts
·3 Provides advice and training to users relating to application software
·4 Provides leadership and technical advice to Workstation Hardware Support Analysts.
·5 Attends status meetings and working group sessions as appropriate.
Bilingual is mandatory (French / English)
