Workstation Hardware Support Analyst |

RESPONSIBILITIES: |
Technology Implementation
·1 Installs and configures workstations, laptops and network peripherals such as printers, scanners, PDAs etc. for TC clients
·2 Installs and upgrades computer workstations including CPU, memory, NICS, hard drives, etc.
·3 Installs and configures operating systems and application software on workstations
·4 Performs hardware life-cycle management under the guidance of the LAN Manager
·5 Develops and maintains technical documentation
Technology Support
·1 Provides level 1 problem support to TC users and servers as initial point of contact for all IT related client issues
·2 Attends status meetings and working group sessions as appropriate.
