MANDATORY QUALIFICATIONS: |
The proposed resource must be able and available to travel for period of up to 10 days within Canada, including travel by air. Must also be available to work overtime on short notice.
The proposed resource must have CHRP designation.
The proposed resource must be bilingual (English and French) |

POINT-RATED REQUIREMENTS: |
Must demonstrate the extent and relevance of overall experience through at least three different assignments of at least 6 months demonstrating as many of the following experience criteria as they apply to the requirements of this RFP:
a) Experience in leading and managing the development and implementation of broad human resource programs and projects at a senior management level
b) Experience in delivering HR Services to the Federal Government of Canada.
c) Experience in defining human resource capacity needs
d) Experience in managing the establishment of project plans and coordinating multi-disciplinary project teams and work groups.
e) Experience in defining and implementing information management solutions to meet human resource management needs.
