POSITION:	Change Management Specialist
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:	Experience: 60 months within the last 96 months as a change management specialist in an IT environment. Experience: 24 months working with a change management tool.
RATED REQUIREMENTS:	Additional experience working with a change management tool. Experience working with a requirement management tool. Experience working with Infoman. Experience with the organization of meetings and the taking of meeting minutes. Experience working with MS Word or WordPerfect Experience developing, publishing, implementing and controlling Change Management processes and controls for all phases of the project. Experience producing change impact assessments. Education from an accredited University or College
