POSITION:	Risk Management Specialist
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:	Experience: 60 months within the last 96 months in a risk management or project management role on IT projects valued over $1M (CAD).
RATED REQUIREMENTS:	Additional experience as risk manager or project manager on IT projects valued over $1M (CAD). Experience managing a risk assessment process based on the Software Engineering Institute (SEI) Continuous Risk Management Model. Experience identifying and assessing potential risk impacts and probability of occurrence. Experience conducting workshop meetings with relevant managers to validate and quantify risk events in terms of cost, time delay, or other negative effects. Experience successfully identifying and mitigating risks. Education from an accredited University or College
