Must posses a minimum of Three (3) years experience within the last ten (10) years in using the following technologies I methodologies in a support technical environment: :MS Office Suite including MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint
And
Must posses a minimum of two (2) years experience within the last five (5) years in a IM/IT Service Desk or Call Centre in support of IM/IT issues including: Desktop support, operating systems, software support, computer hardware problems, computer hardware requirements
And
Must posses a minimum of two (2) years experience within the last five (5) years in providing support in the management of MS Outlook Private and Public folders
And
Must posses a minimum of one (1) year experience within the last five (5) years in account administration in a Microsoft Windows Active Directory environment (account creation, maintenance, etc)
And
Must posses a minimum of two (2) years experience within the last five (5) years in providing technical support including answering questions with clients over the telephone
And
Must posses a minimum of two (2) years experience within the last five (5) years in providing Domain Name Systems Services support
And
Must posses experience in supporting and trouble- shooting computer systems in a multi-user environment, including:·Windows XP, Windows 7, and Windows Vista on the desktop and an Active Directory environ- ment;·Windows servers (Windows NT, Windows 2000/2003), and; Latest version of Microsoft Office Suite (Project, Outlook, Visio, Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Internet Explorer, Visio
