ii. scope analysis and planning,

vi. project organization,
vii. resource planning,
viii. communication planning,
ix. identification,
x. concept of operations).
c. Experience in project execution and tracking in at least five of: the following:
i. cost tracking,
ii. activity tracking,
iii. performance measurement and reporting,
iv. change management,
v. contract management,
vi. project progress reporting,
vii. scope management,
viii. project communications,
ix. resource management,
x. risk management,
xi. problem resolution.
d. Experience in project closure in at least two of the following:
i. producing lessons learned,
ii. preparing project hand-off plan for operation or maintenance areas,
iii. ensure project documentation is properly archived).
