a. Experience with pre-project activities. (Must include
at least two or more of the following activities::
i. preparing business cases;
ii. proposals;
iii. project charters;
iv. communications to gain sponsor and/ or upper management support).
b. Experience in project initiation and planning (Must
include at least five or more of the following activities:
i. stakeholder analysis;
ii. scope analysis and planning;
iii. activity identification and sequencing;
iv. activity costing;
v. cost budgeting;
vi. project organization;
vii. resource planning;
viii. communication planning;
ix. identification;
x. concept of operations).
c. Experience in project execution and tracking (Must
include at least five of:
i. cost tracking;
ii. activity tracking;
iii. performance measurement and reporting;
iv. change management;
v. contract management;
vi. project progress reporting;
vii. scope management;
viii. project communications;
ix. resource management;
x. risk management;
xi. problem resolution).
d. Experience in project closure. (Must include at least
two of:
i. producing lessons learned;
ii. preparing project hand-off plan for operation
or maintenance areas;
iii. ensure project documentation is properly
archived).
