c. Experience in opportunity analysis to identify
areas to improve business processes
d. Experience providing recommendations to
management, based on the analysis by the
candidate, to modify or redesign or remove
existing business processes or add new
business processes in support of efficient
business operations
e. Experience in implementation of
recommendations that lead to an improved
business model. Improvements must be
demonstrated in at least two of the following
areas: cost, resource, organization,
accountability of processes, measurement of
processes or elimination of process
redundancies.
f. Experience in recommending to
management, based upon the candidates
analysis, organizational changes or
implementing organizational changes
approved by management
g. Experience in recommending to
management, based upon the candidate’s
analysis, information system business
requirements or modifying existing business
processes to effectively use implemented
information systems approved by
management.
