7. a minimum of eight (8) years in the last twelve (12) years fulfilling the role of a Windows Systems Administrator as defined in at least three (3) of the mandatory experience paragraphs detailed herein;

MANDATORY EXPERIENCE:

    a.   Experience in Windows performance tuning, in a
          network environment.

    b.   Experience in multiple application integration on a
          single Windows server.

    c.   Experience in creating and administering Windows
          network file systems in a network environment.

    d.   Experience with administering Windows network
          storage systems in a network environment

    e.   Experience in applying Windows IT security in a
          network environment. Must include one of the following:
          hardening Windows operating systems or administration
          of Firewall or IDS Systems.

    f.    Experience in Windows administration in a network
          environment.
