a. Experience managing and direct hardware development
processes. Must include at least one of the following:
configuration management or change management
or release management or quality assurance.
b. Experience gathering IT requirements or performing
requirements analysis; and performing business
planning to satisfy both short term and long term
business needs matched with technology options.
c. Experience developing and communicating IT strategies
that support the short and long term business needs in
keeping with the organizations’ information technology
infrastructure.
d. Experience leading technical resources and directing
hardware development processes, throughout the
project lifecycle, in order to implement information
technology, to meet stated business and technical
challenges.
e. Experience performing IT capacity planning including
balancing the competing IT and space and power and
cooling related requirements of multiple concurrent
projects.
f. Experience leading development of IT Frameworks.
Must include at least two of the following:
i. Research or analysis of IT Frameworks;
ii. Communication of IT Frameworks to
management and development team;
iii. Initiate IT projects and/ or complete
IT Projects using Frameworks recommended
by the candidate;
iv. Lead the development and/ or application of
IT Frameworks.
g. Experience leading development of IT Architectures.
Must include at least two of the following:
i. Research or analyze or recommend
IT Architectures to management;
ii. Communicate IT Architectures to management
and development team;
iii. Initiate IT projects and complete using
IT Architectures recommended by the
candidate;
iv. Lead the development or application of
IT Architectures.

evaluations
