1.   University degree at the Bachelor level in Science or Computer Science or Engineering or Mathematics or Business Administration or Public Administration; and

2.   a minimum of one (1) year in the last four (4) years fulfilling the role of an IT Tester as defined in at least three (3) of the mandatory experience paragraphs detailed herein;

OR

3.   Community College Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering Technology, Business Administration or Public Administration; and

4.   a minimum of one (1) year in the last four (4) years fulfilling the role of an IT Tester as defined in at least three (3) of the mandatory experience paragraphs detailed herein;

    a.  Experience in following test approaches to support n-tier
         or web based application development.

    b.  Experience in executing test cases for functional testing
         for n-tier or web based applications. Must include at
         least one of the following: module or sub-system or
         system or system integration or acceptance testing
         for n-tier or web based applications.

    c.  Experience in tracking results of tests run for one or
         more of the following: module or sub-system or system
         or system integration or acceptance testing for n-tier
         applications.
