University degree at the Bachelor level in, Computer Science or Software Engineering or Electrical Engineering; and

A minimum of four (4) years in the last eight (8) years fulfilling the role of an IT Test Analyst as defined in at least three (3) of the mandatory experience paragraphs detailed herein;

OR

University degree at the Bachelor level in Science, Engineering (other than listed in option 1), Mathematics, Business Administration or Public Administration; and

A minimum of five (5) years in the last nine (9) years fulfilling the role of an IT Test Analyst as defined in at least three (3) of the mandatory experience paragraphs detailed herein;

OR

Community College Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering Technology, Business Administration or Public Administration; and

A minimum of four (4) years in the last eight (8) years were fulfilling the role of an IT Test Analyst as defined in at least three (3) of the mandatory experience paragraphs detailed herein;

OR

    a.  Experience developing test approach or test plan
         documentation to support n-tier or web application
         development.

    b.  Experience in developing test cases for functional testing
         for n-tier or web based applications. Must also include
         developing test cases for at least one of the following
         non-functional or module or sub-system or system or
         system integration or acceptance testing for n-tier or
         web based applications.

    c.  Experience determining test data input requirements
         or developing test input data.

    d.  Experience in executing and tracking results of tests run
         for functional testing for n-tier or web based applications.
         Including executing and tracking results of tests run for one
         or more of the following: module or sub-system or system
         or system integration or acceptance testing for n-tier or
         web based applications.
