POSITION:

5.   A minimum of five (5) years in the last nine (9) years fulfilling the role of a Technical Writer as defined in at least five (5) of the mandatory experience detailed herein;
 

MANDATORY EXPERIENCE:

    a.  Experience in writing of user manuals for information
         technology systems or information management
         systems. Must indicate the approximate number
         of users that the documentation was used by and
         available to.

    b.  Maintenance of user manuals for information technology
         or information management systems based upon user
         feedback and system changes.

    c.  Experience in writing and creation of technical manuals
         for information technology or information management
         systems. Must indicate the approximate number of
         users of the technical manuals.

    d.  Maintenance of technical manuals for information
         technology or information management systems upon
         technical user feedback and system changes.

    e.  Experience in creating and establishing; or implementing
         technical documentation standards.

    f.   Experience gathering information concerning information
         technology or information management system features
         and capabilities from software development team.
