Demonstrated experience completing a minimum of three (3) formation level business planning processes since 1 January 2005 and provide references for that work if requested
AND
Demonstrated experience in conducting performance measurement processes within a Department of National Defence (DND) environment.
Must provide three (3) examples of performance measurement activities undertaken since 01 January 2003 and references for each
AND
Demonstrated experience in delivering presentations to senior members of
the Canadian Forces (CF).
